Kekkonen II Cabinet
Kekkonen's second cabinet was the 34th government of Finland, which existed from 17 January 1951 to 20 September 1951. It was a majority government, and its Prime Minister was Urho Kekkonen. Ministers There were 11 total ministers in Kekkonen's second cabinet: five (including Kekkonen himself) from the Agrarian League, four from the Social Democratic Party, one from both the Swedish People's Party and the National Progressive Party, and one independent. Onni Hiltunen
Onni Alfred Hiltunen (26 November 1895 – 8 June 1971) was a Finnish politician, minister in several cabinets and chairman of the Social Democratic Party. Hiltunen was born in Jyväskylä. He worked as railwayman and was later a shopkeeper. He worked at a social democratic paper in Varkaus 1931–1946. Hiltunen was elected to the parliament for terms between 1930 and 1962 first from Northern and later from Southern Savonia electoral district. Emil Albert Skog (30 June 1897, Helsingin maalaiskunta – 20 September 1981, Helsinki) was a Finnish telephone worker, civil servant and politician. During the Finnish Civil War, Skog fought at the Battle of Tampere as an artilleryman on the Red side and was imprisoned at the Kalevankangas camp after Tampere surrendered on 6 April 1918.
