Teuvo Aura
Teuvo Ensio Aura (28 December 1912, in Ruskeala – 11 January 1999, in Helsinki) was a Finnish politician of the Liberal People's Party. He served as Mayor of Helsinki and interim Prime Minister of Finland twice, in 1970 and 1971–72. The prime minister of Finland ( fi, Suomen pääministeri; ) is the leader of the Finnish Government. The prime minister and their cabinet exercise executive authority in the state. The prime minister is formally ranked third in the protocol after the president of Finland and the speaker of the Parliament. Finland's first prime minister, Pehr Evind Svinhufvud (also later the 3rd president of the Finland), was appointed on 27 November 1917, just a few days before the country declared independence from Russia. The incumbent prime minister is Sanna Marin of the Social Democratic Party. Liberal People's Party (from 2001 ''Liberals''; fi, Liberaalinen kansanpuolue) was a conservative-liberal political party in Finland, founded in 1965 as a reunification of the People's Party of Finland and Liberal League.
