''Kedi'' () is a 2006 Indian Tamil language, Tamil-language romantic film, romantic Action film, action thriller film written and directed by Jyothi Krishna (director), Jyothi Krishna, who earlier directed the 2003 Tamil film ''Enakku 20 Unakku 18''. Starring Ravi Krishna, Ileana D'Cruz, and Tamannaah, the film marks the Kollywood debut of the actresses Ileana D'Cruz and Tamannaah, where the latter plays a character with negative shades and the former plays love interest of Ravi Krishna whilst Ramesh Khanna, Atul Kulkarni, Adithya (actor), Adithya, M. S. Baskar and Suman Setty played supporting roles in the film. The film's score and soundtrack are composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The film was released on 24 September 2006''.'' Jyothi Krishna is an Indian actor and director in the Tamil cinema, Tamil and Telugu cinema, Telugu film industries. Career Jyothi Krishna at 17 was credited with the story of his father, A. M. Ratnam's production ''Natpukaaga'', starring Sarath Kumar and the film performed well at the box office. He was also story writer for the Chiranjeevi's film ''Sneham Kosam'' and was also involved in story discussions of Rajinikanth's hit film ''Padayappa''. Ranjith K. Govind (born 21 February 1977), also known as K.G. Ranjith, is an Indian playback singer, working in the Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada film industries and has sung more than 2500 songs.
