Kateřina Mrázková
Kateřina Mrázková (born August 25, 2006) is a Czech ice dancer. With her brother and skating partner, Daniel Mrázek, she is the 2023 World Junior champion, the 2022–23 Junior Grand Prix Final bronze medalist, a two-time ISU Junior Grand Prix gold medalist, the 2023 Czech junior national champion, and holds the junior world record for the rhythm dance and combined total. Personal life Mrázková was born on August 25, 2006, in Vrchlabí, Czech Republic. Career Early years Mrázková/Mrázek made their competitive debut internationally at the Egna Dance Trophy at the end of the 2020–21 season, finishing in ninth place. The following season saw them make their ISU Junior Grand Prix debut, finishing fourth at both the first French JGP in Courchevel and the 2022 JGP Slovakia in Košice. 2022–23 Grand Prix Of Figure Skating Final
The 2022–23 Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final and ISU Junior Grand Prix Final was held from December 8–11, 2022 at the Torino Palavela in Turin, Italy. The combined event was the culmination of two international series — the Grand Prix of Figure Skating and the Junior Grand Prix. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance on the senior and junior levels. The previous Grand Prix Final in 2019 took place in Turin as well. The finals in 2020 and 2021 were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. List Of Highest Junior Scores In Figure Skating
The following list of highest junior scores in figure skating contains the highest junior scores earned from the 2018–2019 season onwards, under the ISU Judging System (IJS). The 2018–2019 season began on 1 July 2018. After being trialed in 2003, the IJS replaced the old 6.0 system in the 2004–2005 figure skating season. Up to and including the 2017–2018 season, the Grade of Execution (GOE) scoring system for each program element ranged between –3 and +3. Starting with the 2018–2019 season, the GOE was expanded to range between –5 and +5. Hence, the International Skating Union (ISU) have restarted all records from the 2018–2019 season and all previous statistics have been marked as "historical". 2022 World Junior Figure Skating Championships
The 2022 World Junior Figure Skating Championships was held from April 13–17, 2022 in Tallinn, Estonia. Figure skaters competed for the title of junior world champion in men's singles, women's singles, pairs, and ice dance. The competition determined the entry quotas for each federation during the 2022–23 ISU Junior Grand Prix series and at the 2023 World Junior Championships. The competition was originally scheduled to be held in Sofia, Bulgaria from March 7–13, 2022. On February 27, the ISU announced that in light of the COVID-19 pandemic in Bulgaria and the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the event would be unable to be held as scheduled in Bulgaria. Ice Challenge
The Icechallenge (formerly known as the Leo-Scheu-Gedächtnislaufen or Leo Scheu Memorial) is an annual international figure skating competition organized by the Grazer Eislaufverein and sanctioned by the Austrian Figure Skating association and the International Skating Union. The event is usually held every autumn in Graz, Austria. Medals may be awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. In 2014 and 2015, the Ice Challenge's senior events were part of the ISU Challenger Series. In 2021, the Icechallenge returned to the ISU Challenger Series under the name Cup of Austria.
