Kaliyil Alpam Karyam
''Kaliyil Alpam Karyam'' is a 1984 Indian Malayalam-language film directed by Sathyan Anthikad, starring Mohanlal, Neelima, Rahman, Jagathy Sreekumar and Lizy in the lead roles. The film was shot in different parts of Ernakulam district. The village Manikulangara in the film was shot in various parts of Muvattupuzha. Plot Vinayan Mohanlal comes from a rich family, but he cannot stand modern lifestyle. Sathyan Anthikad is an Indian film director, screenwriter, and lyricist who predominantly works in Malayalam cinema. In a career spanning five decades he has directed more than 50 films, been the lyricist for 12 films and been the scriptwriter for 6 films. He is the recipient of several accolades including a National Film Award, five Kerala State Film Awards and three Filmfare Awards. He received the Kerala Sahitya Akademi Award for Humour in 2019 for his book, ''Eeswaran Mathram Sakshi.'' Padiyath Kochumoideen Kunjalu (1930 22 May 2000), known by his stage name Bahadoor, was an Indian actor and comedian who, along with Adoor Bhasi, redefined the way in which comedy and funny scenes were perceived in the Malayalam cinema. Kunchan (born 14 November 1952) is an Indian actor, primarily concentrating on Malayalam films. He has done over 650 films in Malayalam. He usually does minor roles. He has also done important character roles. He started his career when Malayalam films were made in black and white. He made his debut with Tamil film ''Manaivi'' (1969), which went unreleased, and his first release was '' Rest House'' released in 1970. Sukumari Amma (6 October 1940 – 26 March 2013) was an Indian actress best known for her works in Malayalam and Tamil films. In a career spanning more than five decades, She has appeared in more than 2500 films predominantly in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, along with few Hindi and one each in Sinhala, French, Bengali, Tulu, English and Kannada films. Chandrashekaran Menon, better known by his screen name Sankaradi (14 July 1924 – 8 October 2001), was an Indian actor. He was a veteran Malayalam comedian and character artist, who had over 700 Malayalam films to his credit.
