The Nissan Micra, also known as the , is a supermini car (B-segment) that has been produced by the Japanese automobile manufacturer Nissan since 1982. The Nissan Micra replaced the Japanese-market Nissan Cherry. It was exclusive to Nissan Japanese dealership network '' Nissan Cherry Store'' until 1999 when the "Cherry" network was combined into Nissan Red Stage until 2003. S&T Motiv K12 is a 7.62×51mm NATO machine gun manufactured by S&T Daewoo to replace M60 machine gun for Republic of Korea Armed Forces. The XK12 was first shown to the public in 2009, during the Seoul ADEX International Aerospace and Defense Exhibition. History During the Vietnam War, considerable numbers of South Korean military personnel were deployed to the country in support of the United States military. The U.S. supplied South Korean troops with M60 machine guns, which were quickly adopted and then manufactured under license by Daewoo Precision Industry (now S&T Motiv). K12 (mountain)
K12 is the second highest peak in the Saltoro Mountains, a subrange of the Karakoram range in the Siachen region of Ladakh. Its name comes from its designation given during the original survey of the Karakoram range. In 1984, an Indian army expedition under Colonel Prem Chand took hold of this peak, from the side of Siachen glacier by traversing from the west. K12 lies to the southwest of the Siachen Glacier; the K12 glacier heads on its northeast slopes and feeds the Siachen. The western slopes of K12 drain to the Bilafond Glacier system, and thence to the Dansam River, and eventually the Indus River. K12 was used for training for the Mount Everest expedition of the Indian Army in 1985. AMD K12
K12 was to be AMD's first custom microarchitecture based on the ARMv8-A (AArch64) instruction set with a planned release in 2017. Its predecessor, the Opteron A1100 series, also ARMv8-A, used ARM Cortex-A57 cores. the product still hasn't been released, with development of ARM architectures continuing but no products planned. The Kalinin K-12 was a proof-of-concept aircraft developed by the Kalinin Design Bureau in the 1930s. Design and development The K-12 was intended as a tailless bomber aircraft. Also called the Kalinin BS-2 or the ''Zhar-Ptitsa'' ("Firebird"), it featured welded steel-tube construction with fabric covering, as well as a dummy nose and tail turrets. The 21 cm Kanone 12 in Eisenbahnlafette (21 cm K 12 (E)) was a large German railroad gun used in the Second World War and deployed to fire on England from the English Channel coast in occupied France. Design and history Krupp continued theoretical research on a replacement for the Paris Gun during the Weimar Republic-era, but it was the Nazi government that finally authorized funding for experiments to solve some of its worst problems. The extremely high velocities used by the Paris Gun to attain the stratospheric heights necessary for extreme range caused enormous wear of the barrel, so much so that the shells had to be made in gradually increasing diameter to suit the rate of wear.
