''JJ'' is a Japanese fashion and lifestyle magazine published by Kobunsha. It was established in 1975 as an extra issue of ''Josei Jishin'', and was the first women's magazine for college students in Japan. Most readers of ''JJ'' are females between the ages of 17 and 26, and range from college students to office workers. ''JJ'' advises its readers to dress conservatively. It uses many professional fashion models, however the models it uses are not necessarily under exclusive contract with ''JJ''. The Centre for Contemporary Photography (CCP), in Fitzroy, Melbourne, Victoria, is a venue for the exhibition of contemporary photo-based arts, providing a context for the enjoyment, education, understanding and appraisal of contemporary practice. History Established in 1986 as the Victorian Centre for Photography (VCP) by representatives of the photographic community on advice of Bernie O’Regan (1938–1996) who completed a study of its feasibility in the previous year, the VCP's first space was a shopfront on Rathdowne Street in Carlton, an inner suburb of Melbourne. In Italian cinema, ''Giallo'' (; plural ''gialli'', from ''giallo'', Italian for yellow) is a genre of mystery fiction and thrillers that often contains slasher, crime fiction, psychological thriller, psychological horror, sexploitation, and, less frequently, supernatural horror elements. This particular style of Italian-produced murder mystery horror-thriller film usually blends the atmosphere and suspense of thriller fiction with elements of horror fiction (such as slasher violence) and eroticism (similar to the French ''fantastique'' genre), and often involves a mysterious killer whose identity is not revealed until the final act of the film. The genre developed in the mid-to-late 1960s, peaked in popularity during the 1970s, and subsequently declined in commercial mainstream filmmaking over the next few decades, though examples continue to be produced. Gainer (magazine)
A gainer is the acrobatic trick of performing a backwards somersault while still moving forward. In diving, this is known as reverse rotation (as opposed to front, back, or inward). Many stunt performers and martial artists are capable of performing a similar skill on the ground, sometimes in combination with a midair inverted kick. A ''half gainer'' involves the same motion, except the ending position is with the head downward. is a Japanese weekly women's magazine, which has been in circulation since 1958. Published by Kobunsha, it is the first weekly women's magazine in Japan, which targets single-working women. History and profile ''Josei Jishin'' was established in 1958, and the first issue was published on 2 December 1958. The founding company is Kobunsha. The magazine is published on a weekly basis. It developed a collaboration with American youth magazine ''Seventeen'' and published its photographs during the initial years. In 1999 due to its fortieth anniversary the magazine was redesigned, including its logo. The magazine is the recipient of Fuji Sankei award for four times. Circulation ''Josei Jishin'' sold 705,399 copies in the second half of 1979. In 2006 the circulation of the magazine was 519,464 copies.
