Kåre And The Cavemen
Euroboys is a Norwegian band. They were formed in 1990 under the name Kåre and the Cavemen, but changed their name to Euroboys in 1997 for releases outside of Norway. In 2000 they changed their name to Euroboys for all releases including inside Norway. Beginnings Kåre and the Cavemen originally came from a smalltown north of Oslo called Harestua, and started out as a Beastie Boys inspired hip hop/punk band with founding members Kåre João Erik Pedersen (bass, vocals), Knut Schreiner (guitar) and Werner Holm (drums). They soon concentrated on punk rock, as Dag Gravem relieved Pedersen of his bass duties. In the fall of 1990, the group's musical orientation changed permanently to '50s and '60s instrumental garage rock heavily influenced by Link Wray, as Holm left and Pedersen took over the drums. Kåre Ingebrigtsen
Kåre Hedley Ingebrigtsen (born 11 November 1965) is a Norwegian professional football manager, executive and former player, who played as a midfielder. He currently serves as the manager of Ranheim. Ingebrigtsen was nicknamed "Bruttern" ("the brother") during his career at Rosenborg, which was coined by friend and former teammate Jahn Ivar Jakobsen. Kåre Jonsborg
Kåre Mikkelsen Jonsborg (11 January 1912 – 10 July 1977) was a Norwegian painter and textile artist. Background Kåre Jonsborg was born at Kristiania (now Oslo), Norway. He was the son of John Andreas Mikkelsen (1873-1944) and Anne Elise Ebbell (1884-1950). At five years of age, his family moved to Solør, where his father worked as an artsmith. He studied under Axel Revold, Jean Heiberg and Georg Jacobsen at the Norwegian National Academy of Craft and Art Industry in Oslo from 1933-38. From 1965 until his death in 1977, he was employed by the Norwegian National Academy of Fine Arts. Career Jonsborg debuted at the Autumn Exhibition (''Høstutstillingen'') in Oslo during 1935. Kåre Holt (10 October 1916 – 15 March 1997) was a Norwegian author. He wrote plays, poetry and about forty books. Biography Holt was born in the village of Våle in Vestfold, Norway. His parents were Peder Anton Kristiansen (1870-1958) and Mathilde Sofie Larsen Rønningen (1871-1945). He worked for some time as a journalist at '' Vestfold Arbeiderblad''. Kåre Ingmar Berg, MD (1 March 1932 – 24 January 2009) was a Norwegian professor in medical genetics, physician-in-chief and well-cited researcher. Kåre Rønnes (born 13 January 1938) is a Norwegian former football player and coach. He played all his career in Rosenborg BK, Trondheim. Biography Kåre Rønnes played for his hometown team Rosenborg 19 seasons in a row from 1956 to 1974, a record shared with Ola By Rise. (Roar Strand has also played 19 seasons for the club, but not in a row.) Kåre Valebrokk (17 December 1940 – 9 February 2013) was a Norwegian journalist and television executive. He was editor-in-chief and administrative director of TV 2 from October 1999 until June 2007, when he retired. He was the father of economist and editor Per Valebrokk. Valebrokk started his media career as a journalist in ''Morgenbladet'' from 1962 to 1968, and was later a journalist in ''Verdens Gang'' from 1979 to 1985.
