Kunín
Kunín (until 1947 Kunvald; german: Kunewald) is a municipality and village in Nový Jičín District in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,800 inhabitants. Geography Kunín lies on the Jičínka river. The larger part of the municipality is located in the Moravian Gate, the southeastern part is located in the Moravian-Silesian Foothills. History The first written mention of Kunvald is from 1382. Kunín was called Kunvald till 1947 when renamed. From 1975 to 1990, Kunín was an administrative part of Nový Jičín. Since 1991, it has been a separate municipality. Economy The municipality is connected with a significant dairy company ''Mlékárna Kunín''. The production started here at the end of the 19th century. In 2004 the production was moved to Ostrava while the headquarters stayed here. Since 2007 the company is owned by Lactalis corporation. Leimen (Baden)
Leimen ( South Franconian: ''Lååme'') is a town in north-west Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It is about south of Heidelberg and the third largest town of the Rhein-Neckar district after Weinheim and Sinsheim. It is also the area's industrial centre. Leimen is located on the Bergstraße (Mountain Road) and on the Bertha Benz Memorial Route. In the context of a communal reform in the 1970s, Leimen was newly created from the villages Leimen, Gauangelloch and Sankt Ilgen. In 1981, the state government of Baden-Württemberg granted Leimen the privilege to be called "town." Anna Nitschmann
Anna Caritas Nitschmann, Countess von Zinzendorf und Pottendorf, (24 November 1715, Kunín, Moravia – 21 May 1760, Herrnhut, Lusatia) was a Moravian Brethren missionary (''Missionarin''), lyrical poet, and the second wife of Count Nicolaus Ludwig Zinzendorf. By virtue of her marriage, she became a member of the House of Zinzendorf, one of the most prominent noble families in the region. Biography Born as the younger daughter of David Nitschmann (1676-1758) and his wife, Anna Schneider (1680-1735), she served as the Chief Eldress of the Renewed Moravian Church for most of her life, from the age of 14. Her duties as Chief Eldress were to serve as a spiritual mentor and counsellor to the female members of the congregations. Nový Jičín
Nový Jičín (; german: Neutitschein) is a town in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 23,000 inhabitants. The historic centre of Nový Jičín is well preserved and is protected by law as an urban monument reservation. Nový Jičín is known for the hatting industry and is nicknamed the "town of hats".
