Kunovice (Uherské Hradiště District)
Kunovice (, german: Kunowitz) is a town in the Uherské Hradiště District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 5,500 inhabitants. Geography Kunovice forms a conurbation with neighbouring Uherské Hradiště. It lies on the border between the Vizovice Highlands and Lower Morava Valley. The Olšava River flows through the town and flows into the Morava, which forms the northern border of the territory. History The first written mention of Kunovice is from 1196. From the 15th century Kunovice was referred to as a market town. Until 1918, ''Kunowitz – Kunovice'' was part of the Austrian monarchy (Austria side after the compromise of 1867), in the ''Ungarisch Hradisch – Uherské Hradiště'' District, one of the 34 ''Bezirkshauptmannschaften'' in Moravia. Moravia

Stará Turá
Stará Turá (german: Alt-Turn, hu, Ótura) is a town in the Trenčín Region in western Slovakia. Geography It is located in the Myjava Hills close to the Little Carpathians as well as the White Carpathians. Pocheon () is an inland city in the far northeastern region of Gyeonggi province in South Korea. It covers 2 with a population of 160,176 people, according to the 2008 census. Pocheon lies between Seoul and the mountainous northwestern areas of Gangwon province. A sister city or a twin town relationship is a form of legal or social agreement between two geographically and politically distinct localities for the purpose of promoting cultural and commercial ties. Josef Abrhám (14 December 1939 – 16 May 2022) was a Czech film and theatre actor. Biography He originally began studying acting at Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava and later moved to Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, where he graduated in 1962. While still a student, he played at the National Theatre, after graduation he performed for three seasons at the Vinohrady Theater. In 1965–1982 he was one of the leading actors in The Drama Club in Prague and has been noted as one of the Czech Republic's best performers. Then he briefly performed at the National Theater, but he ended his long-term commitment in August 1994 and (with two exceptions) quit theatre acting completely. Assassination Of Reinhard Heydrich
On 27 May 1942 in Prague, Reinhard Heydrichthe commander of the Reich Security Main Office (RSHA), acting governor of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, and a principal architect of the Holocaustwas attacked and wounded in an assassination attempt by Czechoslovak resistance operatives Jozef Gabčík and Jan Kubiš. Heydrich died of his wounds on 4 June 1942. The assassination, codenamed Operation Anthropoid, was carried out by soldiers of the Czechoslovak Army after preparation and training by the British Special Operations Executive and with the approval of the Czechoslovak government-in-exile, led by Edvard Beneš. The Czechoslovaks undertook the operation to help confer legitimacy on the government-in-exile, and to exact retribution for Heydrich's brutal rule. Jan Hrubý (born 3 December 1948) is a Czech rock violinist known primarily for playing with the bands Etc..., Framus Five, and Kukulín. Life and career Hrubý was born in Prague in 1948. Between 1964 and 1968, he studied violin at the Prague Conservatory, then went on to play bass and later violin in the group Reciprocity. From 1975 until Vladimír Mišík's performance ban by the Communist government in 1982, he played with the singer's band Etc.... In 1983, he joined Luboš Andršt's Blues Band and a year later, he became a member of Michal Prokop's Framus 5 and significantly influenced the album ''Kolej Yesterday''. Anton Gala (12 March 1891, Kunovice, Moravia – 29 August 1977, Bratislava) was a Slovak university professor and scientist specializing in ophthalmology. Gala graduated from secondary school at Uherské Hradiště in 1910, then studied medicine at the Charles University in Prague, graduating in 1916. During World War I he served on a hospital ship.
