Kuchurhan River
The Kuchurhan ( ua, Кучурган; ro, Cuciurgan) is a river in Eastern Europe. It is a tributary of the Turunchuk (a branch of the Dniester) which begins on the Podolian Upland in Ukraine. Transnistria, officially the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (PMR), is an unrecognised breakaway state that is internationally recognised as a part of Moldova. Cuciurgan Reservoir
The Cuciurgan Reservoir ( ro, Cuciurgan; Ukrainian language, Ukrainian: ''Kuchurhan'') is a large water reservoir, built on Kuchurhan River on the state border between Ukraine and Moldova. The lake is located in the south-eastern part of the Administrative-Territorial Units of the Left Bank of the Dniester, Left Bank of the Dniester of Moldova (''de facto'' under Transnistria), on the border with the Odesa Oblast of Ukraine and its water resources are shared between the two countries. Kuchurhan ( ua, Кучурган) is a village in Rozdilna Raion of Odesa Oblast in Ukraine. It is located along the Kuchurhan River at the north end of the Cuciurgan Reservoir along the border with Transnistria in Moldova. It is the site of highway, rail, and power line border crossings between Ukraine and Moldova.
