Albulena Kryeziu
Albulena Kryeziu (born August 27, 1986) is an Albanian actress from Kosovo. She made her acting debut in 2003 in "Debanti politik" in theater. She's best known for portraying Mimoza Ukaj in the soap opera Stinë dashurie and Tringa Belegu in the sitcom O sa mirë. Life and career Albulena Kryeziu was born in Gjakova, Kosovo (then SFR Yugoslavia) on August 27, 1986. She finished high school at Odhise Paskali school of arts in Pejë for acting. In 2008 she graduated from the University of Pristina, Faculty of Arts also for acting, and she's currently earning her master's degree in the same field. Albulena has played many roles in film and in theatre. She has been part of the Professional Theatre of Gjakova, Dodona Theatre in Pristina, Albanian Theatre in Skopje and in Act Productions. Hekuran Kryeziu (born 12 February 1993) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Swiss club Winterthur. Born in Switzerland, he represents Kosovo at international level. Kryeziu Brothers
The Kryeziu family was notably powerful and influential in Gjakova and other parts of Dukagjin during the 19th and 20th century. They were part of the Ottoman cast. Biography Riza Bey Kryeziu was active during the Albanian Revolt of 1912; one of the organizers of the League of Junik and activist of Albanian national movements of the early 20th century. His sons, Gani, Ceno, Hasan, and Said were influential during the early and mid 20th century in southern Kosovo and north Albania. At a short notice, they were able to gather men and logistics for constructing guerrillas. The Kryeziu brothers were Ceno Bey, Gani Bey, Said Bey, Ali, Rada, and Hasan Bey Kryeziu from the Gjakova region in Kosovo. Ceno Bey became the brother-in-law of Ahmet Zogu. Riza Bey Gjakova
Riza Kryeziu (1847-1917), known as Riza Bey Gjakova ( sq, Riza bej Gjakova, tr, Yakovalı Rıza Bey), was an Albanian nationalist figure and guerrilla fighter, an influential bey in the Gjakova region, then part of the Vilayet of Kosovo, Ottoman Empire, and one of the activists of Albanian national movements of early 20th century. According to Ekrem Vlora's memories, Riza Bey was the involved in the Attack against Mehmed Ali Pasha, performed by the Gjakova Committee of the League of Prizren, which resulted in the assassination of Abdullah Pasha Dreni-Kyeziu (his distant cousin), and Marshal Mehmed Ali Pasha. Kryezezi
The Kryezezi are a historical Albanian tribe (''fis'') and tribal region in the districts of Lezha and Mirdita of northern Albania. It is one of the four traditional bajraks of the Highlands of Lezha (''Malësia e Lezhës''), alongside the Bulgëri, Vela and Manatia. Geography Kryezezi tribal territory is located on the northern side of the Fan river, particularly where the Greater and Lesser Fan rivers unite down to about Rubik.
