Krohnsminde kunstgressbane is a municipality-owned sports ground and football stadium located in the city of Bergen, Norway, near Danmarks plass in the borough of Årstad. It was the home of the football club Løv-Ham until 2008. The western terrace of Krohnsminde kunstgressbane was demolished in November/December 2008 to make room for a new hospital building. The terrace was designed by the architect Ole Landmark and finished in 1947. The venue has hosted the Norwegian Athletics Championships in 1950, 1957 and 1961. Danmarks Plass
Danmarks plass is a square in Årstad borough in the city of Bergen, Norway. Today most famous as one of Norway's busiest road intersections, it was originally known as "Kronstadtorget". After World War II, it received its current name in honour of Denmark's humanitarian efforts in Norway during the war. "Danmarks plass" is commonly used also to describe the immediate surroundings of the square, e.g. Krohnsminde kunstgressbane. Danmarks plass has more air pollution than anywhere else in Bergen, caused by the traffic as well as its location between two hills. Fyllingen Fotball
Fyllingen Fotball was a Norwegian association football club from Fyllingsdalen, Bergen, Hordaland. It was founded as a formally independent section of the alliance sports club Fyllingen IL on 1 January 1994. Fyllingen IL was founded on 6 June 1946. Fyllingen Fotball still uses Fyllingen IL's logo. The club played in the Norwegian top flight in 1990, 1991 and 1993, and reached the Norwegian Cup final in 1990, where they lost 5–1 against Rosenborg. This earned them a place in the 1991–92 European Cup Winners' Cup, where they were eliminated by Atlético Madrid in the first round. Ole Landmark
Ole Landmark (June 15, 1885 – February 7, 1970) was a Norwegian architect. He maintained an architectural firm in Bergen, Norway for nearly 50 years. Biography Ole Døsen Landmark was born in Bergen, Norway. He was the son of Johan Petersberg Landmark (1848-1926) and Monsine Dorothea Døsen (1852-1924). He attended the Trondheim Cathedral School and was educated at the ''Trondhjems Tekniske Læreanstalt'', a predecessor of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He also made several trips to study abroad, including to Sweden, Germany and France. He was employed as an assistant for architects Schak Bull and Einar Oscar Schou.
