Kristiina Elstelä
Kristiina Elstelä (10 January 1943 – 26 June 2016) was a Finnish actress, who acted in many TV shows and movies. She also had a long career in theater and was a cabaret artist. In 2006 Elstelä was one of the competitors in '' Dancing with the Stars'' television series. She and her partner Marko Keränen were ranked seconds, right after Tomi Metsäketo and Sanna Hirvaskari. She was the daughter of actor Ossi Elstelä and actress Irja Elstelä. Jussi Award
The Jussi Awards are Finland's premier film industry prizes, awarded annually to recognize the achievements of directors, actors, and writers. History The first Jussi Awards ceremony was held on 16 November 1944 at the Restaurant Adlon in Helsinki. The award is one of the oldest films awards in Europe. The original planned name for the prize was ''Aino'', but Jussi won in the end. The name comes from a character in the 1924 and 1936 Pohjalaisia films. The awards were originally organized by the ''Elokuvajournalistit'' organization, but the task was transferred in the early 1960s to the ''Filmiaura'' organization, composed of around 300 members working in the Finnish film industry. Because of the controversy surrounding the transfer, no awards were handed out in 1960 and 1961. ''Accidental Lovers'' (''Sydän kierroksella'') is a Finland, Finnish interactive musical comedy series on television. Viewers can affect the love relationship between 61-year-old cabaret singer Juulia (Kristiina Elstelä) and 30-year-old pop star Roope () by sending mobile text messages to the show. Depending on the nature of the messages the plot takes turns in real time. Either Juulia or Roope falls in love or they both fall in love, resulting in a relationship that has three different kinds of endings. Scenes between these climactic drama outcomes are chosen and organized semi-randomly according to the character's emotional state.
