Kris Wright
Kristofer Cole Wright (born July 17, 1994) is an American professional racing driver. He last competed part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 68 Chevrolet Camaro for Brandonbilt Motorsports. He has also competed in sports car, open-wheel, Euroformula Open Championship, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, ARCA Menards Series East and ARCA Menards Series West. He won the 2018 IMSA Prototype Challenge LMP3 class championship. Racing career Wright began competing in kart racing in middle school. Sports car racing In 2015, he joined Kinetic Motorsports in the Pirelli World Challenge Touring Car A class. He recorded his first podium finish at Miller Motorsports Park where he finished third. The 2022 General Tire Delivers 200 was the tenth stock car race of the 2022 ARCA Menards Series season, and the 37th iteration of the event. The race was held on Friday, July 22, 2022, in Long Pond, Pennsylvania at Pocono Raceway, a 2.5 mile (4.0 km) permanent triangular-shaped racetrack. The race was decreased from 80 laps to 64 laps, due to increasing darkness. Taylor Gray, driving for David Gilliland Racing, would win the race, after leading the race when the final caution came out with 16 laps to go, which was a spin from Jesse Love. Gray would also lead 38 laps. This was Gray's third career ARCA Menards Series, and his third of the season. The Michelin Pilot Challenge is a grand touring and touring car racing series run by the International Motor Sports Association. Originating from the Canadian Motorola Cup, the series was taken over by Grand-Am in 2001 to become the Grand-Am Cup following the demise of rival IMSA's Firehawk series of similar rules in the US. IMSA Prototype Challenge
IMSA Prototype Challenge (formerly IMSA Prototype Lites) is a racing series featuring two classes of single-seat prototype cars racing simultaneously. The series is sanctioned by the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA). Most races are held in support of the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. The series races LMP3 class prototype sportscars. The GB3 Championship is a single seater motorsport series based in the United Kingdom. The championship is the UK's premier single-seater category, and is aimed at young racing drivers moving up from FIA Formula 4 championships or Karting.
