Krešimir Kordić (born 3 September 1981) is a Croatian retired football player. Club career Kordić made his professional debut for boyhood and hometown club Zrinjski Mostar in 1999. In his first two seasons as a professional, the striker scored 16 goals in 43 appearances, earning himself a move to 1. HNL side Hrvatski Dragovoljac in January 2002. After six months with NK Hrvatski Dragovoljac where Krešimir failed to establish himself as a first team regular, he moved to Croatian side Zadar. In three years with Zadar, Kordić managed seven goals in 32 appearances. In 2005, Kordić made his return to Mostar, resigning with HŠK Zrinjski Mostar. His spell at Zrinjski was very successful, scoring 21 goals in 44 games. In 2007, Kordić moved to fellow Croatian - Hercegovinian side Posušje and had another successful season. Michael Krešimir II (, ) was King of Croatia from 949 until his death in 969. He was a member of the Trpimirović dynasty. Michael Krešimir II was a son of Krešimir I and the younger brother of Miroslav, who preceded him as King of Croatia in 945. Krešimir was brought to the throne by the powerful Ban Pribina, who rebelled against the former king Miroslav for having his jurisdiction restrained from some areas. The civil war eventually ended with Miroslav's death in 949 and the reign of Mihajlo began. The Croatian kingdom reached its former glory during Michael's reign. He ravaged the Bosnian župas Uskoplje, Luka and Pleva, and eventually conquered the whole region of Bosnia that was originally lost during the reign of Miroslav. Krešimir Zubak (; born 25 January 1947) is a Bosnian Croat politician. At the beginning of the Bosnian War in 1992, he joined the Croatian Democratic Union. After Mate Boban left the position of president of the Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia, Zubak succeeded him. Under Zubak, the Croatian Defence Council and ARBIH established peaceful relations and the Washington agreement was signed. He later served as the inaugural President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and was a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Krešimir Stanić (born 6 March 1985) is a retired Swiss footballer of Croatian descent. He spent his entire playing career as a forward for FC Zurich in the Swiss Super League. He was forced to retire in 2006 due to a serious leg injury that he sustained in a car crash. Krešimir III ( la, Cresimir) was King of Croatia from 1000 until his death in 1030. He was from the Trpimirović dynasty and founder of the Krešimirović branch of the family. He was the middle son of former King Stjepan Držislav. Until 1020, he co-ruled with his brother Gojslav. Krešimir "Krešo" Ćosić (; 26 November 1948 – 25 May 1995) was a Croatian-Yugoslavian professional basketball player and coach. He was a collegiate All-American at Brigham Young University. He revolutionized basketball in Yugoslavia and was the first basketball player in the world to play all five positions. In 1996, Ćosić became only the third international player ever elected to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame (the second male player).
