Kremin Arena ( uk, Кремінь-Арена імені Олега Бабаєва) is a Association football, football stadium in Kremenchuk, Ukraine. It is the home stadium of FC Kremin Kremenchuk, its FC Kremin-2 Kremenchuk, Second team, and is named after the club's former honorary president, Oleh Babaiev (1965–2014). Full name of stadium is Oleh Babaiev Kremin Arena. Kremenchuk (; uk, Кременчу́к, Kremenchuk ) is an industrial city in central Ukraine which stands on the banks of the Dnipro River. The city serves as the administrative center of the Kremenchuk Raion (district) in Poltava Oblast (province). The Persha Liha ( uk, Перша ліга) or Ukrainian First League is a professional football league in Ukraine and the second tier of national football competitions pyramid. Members of the league also participate in the Ukrainian Cup. It is the highest division of Professional Football League. 2011–12 Ukrainian Cup
The 2011–12 Ukrainian Cup is the 21st annual season of Ukraine's football knockout competition, and fourth under the name of ''DATAGROUP – Football Ukraine Cup''. The Cup begins with two preliminary rounds, before the first round proper involving the Premier League clubs. The draw for both the preliminary rounds was held on July 7, 2011. The First Preliminary Round consists of teams from Druha Liha and Amateur Cup finalists. In the Second Preliminary Round teams of the Persha Liha enter the competition. Sixteen teams, the winners of the 2nd preliminary round, enter the First Round proper or the Round of 32 where the Premier League teams enter the competition for the first time. The 2011–12 Ukrainian Second League was the 21st season of 3rd level professional football in Ukraine. There are two groups of competition divided by region. Serhiy Makarov ( uk, Сергій Макаров; born 8 June 1977 in Zhdanov, Donetsk Oblast) is a Ukrainian sports functionary and was a president of the Professional Football League of Ukraine (PFL). Biography Makarov graduated from the Donetsk State Technical University in management of foreign economic activity and later information computer systems and technologies. At least since 2009 Makarov worked for PFL, at first as a director of information and analytical center, and later since 2010 as an executive director.
