Kral TV
Kral TV is a music television channel in Turkey owned by Doğuş Group. Kral TV was launched in August 1994 and became a member of the Doğuş Group in June 2008. Turkey's first music TV channel Kral TV, triggered the rise of other Turkish music channels and gave a different direction to Turkish music industry. Kral TV broadcast Turkish music videos introduced by on-air hosts 24/7. As the first music channel in Turkey, Kral TV became a platform where both artists and fans found a central location for music news and promotion. 576i is a standard-definition television, standard-definition digital video mode, originally used for digitizing analog television in most countries of the world where the utility frequency for electric power distribution is 50 Hz. NTV Spor is a Turkish online sports platform. NTV Spor used to be a nationwide TV channel between 2008 and 2018. As of April 2021, NTV Spor continues to produce content via their website and YouTube channel. NTV Spor used to hold broadcasting rights of varied sports events including La Liga, NBA, FA Cup, Wimbledon, Eurobasket, UEFA Euros and FIFA World Cup qualifying phase. Star TV is a Turkish nationwide TV channel. It has been owned by Ferit Şahenk's Doğuş Media Group since 2011. History Founded by Cem Uzan and Ahmet Özal in 1989 as Magic Box, Star TV is Turkey's first private TV channel. The channel started its test broadcasting on 5 May 1990. NTV (Turkey)
NTV is a Turkish nationwide television news channel owned by Doğuş Media Group. It was partnered with MSNBC between May 2000 and 2014. Besides domestic and international news, the channel's programming includes documentaries, as well as programs on finance, arts and culture, lifestyle, and sports. Standard-definition television (SDTV, SD, often shortened to standard definition) is a television system which uses a resolution that is not considered to be either high or enhanced definition. "Standard" refers to it being the prevailing specification for broadcast (and later, cable) television in the mid- to late-20th century, and compatible with legacy analog broadcast systems.
