Kourosh Khani
Kourosh Khani (born 3 July 1989) is an Iranian racing driver. Biography Kourosh dominated numerous karting championships in his home country before moving to the UK in 2006. In 2007, Kourosh entered the British Formula Ford Championship. In 2012, Khani graduated to the FIA Formula Two Championship, competing in four rounds and scoring two points. Kourosh competed in the end of season testing for the GP3 Series The GP3 Series, or GP3 for short, was a single-seater motor racing series launched in 2010 as a feeder series for the GP2 Series, introduced by GP2 organiser Bruno Michel. Mashhad ( fa, مشهد, Mašhad ), also spelled Mashad, is the List of Iranian cities by population, second-most-populous city in Iran, located in the relatively remote north-east of the country about from Tehran. MotorSport Vision (MSV) is a motorsport organisation and an operator of six UK venues. MSV has a portfolio ranging from major two- and four-wheel championships to organising the PalmerSport corporate driving event. History MotorSport Vision was founded by John Britten, Sir Peter Ogden and Jonathan Palmer. MSV purchased the Brands Hatch, Oulton Park, Snetterton Motor Racing Circuit, Snetterton and Cadwell Park motor racing circuits in 2004. 2010 Formula Renault BARC Season
The Protyre 2010 Formula Renault BARC season was the 16th Formula Renault BARC Championship. The season began at Brands Hatch on 18 April and ended on 17 October at Thruxton, after twelve rounds held in England. Making its debut in the series was the previous-specification Formula Renault UK car which ran alongside the existing BARC car in a one-class Championship. Hillspeed driver Alice Powell became the first female driver to win any Formula Renault championship after overhauling a 16-point deficit to rival Mitchell Hale of Fortec Motorsport at the season's final meeting at Thruxton.
