Komysh-Zoria Railway Station
Komysh-Zoria ( uk, Комиш-Зоря, russian: Камыш-Заря) is an urban-type settlement in Polohy Raion of Zaporizhzhia Oblast in Ukraine. It is located in the steppe between Zaporizhzhia and Mariupol. Komish-Zoria hosts the administration of Komysh-Zoria settlement hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population: Until 18 July 2020, Komysh-Zoria belonged to Bilmak Raion. The raion was abolished in July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Zaporizhzhia Oblast to five. Zaporizhzhia Oblast
Zaporizhzhia Oblast ( uk, Запорі́зька о́бласть, translit=Zaporizka oblast), also referred to as Zaporizhzhia ( uk, Запорі́жжя, links=no), is an oblast (province) of southeast Ukraine. A hromada ( uk, територіальна громада, lit=territorial community, translit=terytorialna hromada) is a basic unit of administrative division in Ukraine, similar to a municipality. Tokmak, Ukraine
Tokmak ( uk, Токмак, ) is a city in Polohy Raion in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast (province) of south-central Ukraine. The city stands on the River Tokmachka, a tributary of the River Tokmak. Prior to 2020, it served as the administrative center of the Tokmak Raion (district). Raion
A raion (also spelt rayon) is a type of administrative unit of several post-Soviet states. The term is used for both a type of subnational entity and a division of a city. The word is from the French (meaning 'honeycomb, department'), and is commonly translated as "district" in English. A raion is a standardized administrative entity across most of the former Soviet Union and is usually a subdivision two steps below the national level, such as a subdivision of an oblast.
