Komtar (state Constituency)
Komtar is a state constituency in Penang, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Penang State Legislative Assembly since 2004. It covers George Town's city centre, including the eponymous Komtar, which houses Penang's administrative centre. 1st Avenue Mall is a shopping mall in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. It is located at Magazine Road, next to Komtar and Prangin Mall, and is linked to both buildings via overhead bridges. Development Initially planned as Phase 4 of the Komtar project, 1st Avenue Mall was eventually developed by a private developer and opened to the public in 2010. Dato Keramat Road is a major thoroughfare in the city of George Town in Penang, Malaysia. The Pinang River (Malay: ''Sungai Pinang'') is a river that runs through the city of George Town in Penang, Malaysia. Stretching for approximately , the river separates George Town proper to the north and its suburb of Jelutong to the south. Magazine Road is a major thoroughfare in the city of George Town in Penang, Malaysia.
