Komal Rizvi
Komal Rizvi ( ur, ; born 3 August 1981) is a Pakistani actress, singer, songwriter, and a television host. She is famous for her songs in Coke Studio (Pakistan). Early life Rizvi was born in Dubai and then raised in England and Nigeria. As a teenager, she came to Pakistan and launched her career in Karachi where she was also a student. She started her career at age 16 when her talent was spotted by a family friend of her brother Hasan Rizvi, who is a dancer and an entrepreneur and also performed with Komal at various fashion events. She released her first song in 1999 which went on to become the super hit Punjabi bhangra song "Bauji bauji bhangra saaday naal paoji". Akhtar Chanal Zahri is a famous Pakistani Balochi folk singer. He is famous for his singing in Coke Studio (Pakistan). Career Akhtar Chanal Zahri was born at Khuzdar, Balochistan, Pakistan in 1954. In 1964, Akhtar Chanal started taking formal singing lessons from a music Ustad. In 1973, he brought regional folk to national attention after he was discovered by the Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC)'s Balochi Radio Station, and in 1974 Chanal's music became popular nationwide when his song ''Deer Deer'' was first aired live on national TV. Reshma
Reshma ( ur, ; c.1947 – 3 November 2013), was a Pakistani folk singer. Awarded with Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Star of Distinction), the third highest honour and civilian award in Pakistan among other honours, she is remembered for folk songs and her powerful singing voice. Born in Rajasthan, India in a nomadic Banjara household in 1947, her family relocated to Karachi after the Partition of India. Discovered by a local producer at the age of twelve while singing at the shrine of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar in Sehwan, Sindh, Reshma went on to record various folk songs for such labels as the Pakistan Radio. Her first project with the company " Laal Meri" was an instant hit and she was catapulted to fame with several television appearances in the 1960s.
