Kologdam Building
The Kologdam Building (Indonesian:''Gedung Kologdam'') is a historic building in Bandung, Indonesia. In the 1920s, Kologdam Building was the main building for the Bandung ''Jaarbeurs'' (annual trade fair), a complex of buildings and pavilions where annual trade was held. The building is currently a military complex for the Education and Training Command Headquarters of the Siliwangi Division. The first trade fair was held in 1920 from May 20 to June 3, later followed by yearly event every June and July. Jaarbeurs
The Jaarbeurs (; Dutch for 'Yearly Fair') is an exhibition and convention centre in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Noted events include the former Space '86, the Hobby Computer Club Days (''HCC Dagen''), and the Mega Record & CD Fair. The venue is also a regular base for music festivals like ASOT festival and Thunderdome. The Jaarbeurs extends to an area of 100.000 m² next to Utrecht Centraal railway station. New Indies Style ( nl, Nieuwe Indische Bouwstijl) is a modern architectural style used in the Dutch East Indies (now Indonesia) between the late 19th century through pre-World War II 20th century. New Indies Style is basically early modern (western) architecture (e.g. Rationalism and Art Deco), which applies local architectural elements such as wide eaves or prominent roof as an attempt to conform with the tropical climate of Indonesia.
