Aleksandr Aleksandrovich Kokorin ('' né'' Kartashov; russian: Алекса́ндр Алекса́ндрович Коко́рин, ; born 19 March 1991) is a Russian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Cypriot club Aris Limassol on loan from Italian side Fiorentina. Kokorin had his breakthrough season in 2012–13, which led to Dynamo Moscow inserting a €19 million release clause into his contract. A full international since 2011, Kokorin has gained over 45 caps and was named in the Russian squads for Euro 2012, 2014 FIFA World Cup and Euro 2016. In October 2018, he was arrested on an assault-related charge. He was later found guilty and spent approximately one year in prison. Nikolay Kirillovich Kokorin (russian: Никола́й Кири́ллович Коко́рин; 21 May 1889 – 16 May 1917), was one of the most successful Russian flying aces and fighter pilots during World War I, credited with five aerial victories. Biography Early life Nikolai Kirillovich Kokorin was born into a working-class family in Khlebnikovo (near Moscow) on 21 May 1889.Franks et al 1997, p. 207. Kokořín Castle ( cs, Hrad Kokořín) is a castle located in Kokořín in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It was built in the first half of the 14th century by order of Hynek Berka of Dubá. It was heavily damaged during the Hussite Wars and stood in ruins until the reconstruction campaign of 1911–1918. It was nationalized in 1948 and has been designated a national cultural landmark since 2001. The Kokořínsko – Máchův kraj Protected Landscape Area takes its name from this castle.
