Koji Okajima
is a retired Japanese competitive pair skater and figure skating coach. With pair partner, Naoko Asano, he is the 1976–77 Japanese National bronze medalist and with pair partner, Mutsumi Takezaki, he is the 1978–79 Japanese National silver medalist. Biography Okajima was born on March 23, 1957, in Hokkaido, Japan. As a pair skater, he competed at the 1976–77 Japanese Championships with pair partner, Naoko Asano, winning the bronze medal. He also competed at the 1978–79 Japanese National with Mutsumi Takezaki, winning the silver medal. He became a figure skating coach following the end of his competitive career and graduated from Nihon University. Okajima initially coached at the Shin-Matsudo Ice Arena in Matsudo, Chiba Prefecture before relocating to the Meiji Jingu Gaien Ice Skating Rink in Shinjuku City, Tokyo. Wakaba Higuchi
is a Japanese figure skater. She is the 2018 World silver medalist and a five-time Japanese national medalist (bronze in 2015, silver in 2016, 2017, 2020, and 2022). On the junior level, she is a two-time World Junior bronze medalist (2015, 2016), the 2014–15 Junior Grand Prix Final bronze medalist, and a two-time Japan Junior national champion (2015, 2016). She won a bronze medal in team event, representing Japan at the 2022 Winter Olympics. Higuchi is currently the 11th highest ranked women's singles skater in the world by the International Skating Union following the 2021–22 figure skating season. She is the seventeenth woman to land a clean triple Axel internationally and the fifth woman to land a clean triple Axel at the Olympics. Daiya Foods Inc. is a Canada-based dairy-alternative food company located in Burnaby, British Columbia. The company was established in 2008 by Andre Kroecher and Greg Blake. Mao Shimada
is a Japanese figure skater. She is the 2022 Junior Grand Prix Final champion, a two-time ISU Junior Grand Prix gold medalist, the 2022 Japanese national bronze medalist, and a two-time Japanese junior national champion (2021–2022). She is the twenty-first woman in history to have successfully landed a triple Axel jump in competition. Personal life Shimada was born on 30 October 2008 in Koganei, Tokyo, Japan. Akari Matsuoka
Akari (ASTRO-F) was an infrared astronomy satellite developed by Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, in cooperation with institutes of Europe and Korea. It was launched on 21 February 2006, at 21:28 UTC (06:28, 22 February JST) by M-V rocket into Earth sun-synchronous orbit. After its launch it was named ''Akari'' (明かり), which means ''light'' in Japanese. Earlier on, the project was known as IRIS (InfraRed Imaging Surveyor).
