Knut Ragnar Mikkelsen
Knut Ragnar Mikkelsen (born 18 March 1951) is a Norwegian police chief. He was born in Lunde, Telemark, and graduated with the cand.jur. degree. He was a police superintendent in the Oslo police from 1981 to 1988, and worked as police inspector from 1990 to 1997. From 1 November to 31 December 1994 he was acting chief of police of Oslo. Lunde, Telemark
Lunde is a former municipality in Telemark county, Norway. The municipality centre was Bjervamoen. It was created by a split from Bø on 1 January 1867. At that time Lunde had a population of 2,257. On 1 January 1964 the municipality was merged with Holla municipality to form the new municipality Nome. Before the merger Lunde had a population of 3,080. At present certain interests in Lunde want to reunite with Bø. Lunde was the production site of the Troll automobile, and it is also known as the birthplace of ski racer Atle Skårdal and jazz singer Torun Eriksen. Oslo
Oslo ( , , or ; sma, Oslove) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality. Drammen
Drammen () is a city and municipality in Viken, Norway. The port and river city of Drammen is centrally located in the south-eastern and most populated part of Norway. Drammen municipality also includes smaller towns and villages such as Konnerud, Svelvik, Mjøndalen and Skoger. Location Drammen is located west of the Oslofjord and is situated approximately 44 km South-west of Oslo. Willy Haugli (2 August 1927 – 12 February 2009) was a Norwegian jurist, university director and police chief. Biography Haugli was born in Tromsø, Norway. He was the son of Ivar Stefanussen Haugli (1889-1942) and Jenny Løvberg (1896-1961). He graduated from the Norwegian Police University College (''Politiskolen'') in 1950. Ingelin Christine Killengreen (born 12 November 1947) is a Norwegian jurist and former Police Commissioner in the National Police Directorate. Killengreen was born in Bergen. In her youth she attended Bergen Cathedral School. She graduated at the University of Oslo as a cand.jur. in 1972. After working for more than 20 years in the Norwegian Ministry of Justice and the Police, where she held positions as deputy under-secretary of state (1988—1993) and permanent under-secretary of state (1993—1994), she became the first female Police Chief in Oslo in 1995. When the National Police Directorate was created in 2000 Killengreen was appointed as the first Police Commissioner.
