Kitchen Whiz
''Kitchen Whiz'' is an Australian children's cooking game show on the Nine Network and 9Go!. Children test their skills in the kitchen by completing fun challenges with a partner in a short amount of time. The team who has the most points by the end of the episode goes home with prizes ranging from experiences to cooking appliances. Beau Walker
Beau Walker (born 13 April 1985) is former junior Australian surfer who has represented Australia in national and international championships. He is also known for his various hosting duties on the Nine Network (Channel Nine) programmes such as '' The Shak'', ''Mortified'', '' Kitchen Whiz'', and ''Pyramid'', often using the moniker of 'Nitro'. Early life Beau Walker has one brother named Mark. He was born in Sydney, however moved to Byron Bay when he was 12. He began surfing off local beaches and started entering competitions before his fourteenth birthday. 9Go! is an Australian free-to-air digital television multichannel, which was launched by the Nine Network on 9 August 2009, replacing Nine Guide. It is a youthful channel that offers a mix of comedy, reality, general entertainment, movies, animation and drama aimed at people between the ages of 2 to 18. History 2009: Origins and launch The general concept for GO! was revealed on 23 March 2009, with the Nine Network announcing their intention to start a standard-definition variety-based multichannel, launched midway through 2009. Standard-definition television (SDTV, SD, often shortened to standard definition) is a television system which uses a resolution that is not considered to be either high or enhanced definition. "Standard" refers to it being the prevailing specification for broadcast (and later, cable) television in the mid- to late-20th century, and compatible with legacy analog broadcast systems.
