Kirstie White
Kirstie Elizabeth White (born 14 March 1988) is an English cricketer who currently plays for Surrey and South East Stars. She plays as a right-handed batter and occasional wicket-keeper. She has previously played for Hampshire, as well as for Surrey Stars in the Women's Cricket Super League and Oval Invincibles in The Hundred. Early life White was born on 14 March 1988 in Southampton. Domestic career White made her county debut in 2002, for Hampshire against Essex, scoring 25 * in a 79 run victory. She played for Hampshire regularly until 2006, and played one match in 2008, before taking a four-year break from the game. She returned to county cricket in 2012, now playing for Surrey. In 2016 she was the leading run-scorer across the whole County Championship, scoring 337 runs at an average of 48.14. She also achieved her List A high score that season, scoring 98 * against Sussex. 2016 Women's County Championship
The 2016 Women's County One-Day Championship was the 20th cricket Women's County Championship season. The Championship was won by Kent who recorded their seventh championship, setting a new record for the number of championships won. The runners-up were Sussex. This was the last season in which Division 4 was contested. Following a reorganisation of the structure of the tournament, all the teams in Division 4 were promoted to an expanded Division 3 in 2017. The 2022 Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy was the third edition of the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy, an English women's cricket 50-over domestic competition, which took place between 2 July and 25 September 2022. It featured eight teams playing in a round-robin group, followed by a knock-out round. The holders were the Southern Vipers, who won the first two editions of the competition. It ran alongside the Charlotte Edwards Cup. The tournament was named after former England captain Rachael Heyhoe Flint, Baroness Heyhoe-Flint, who died in 2017. Northern Diamonds finished top of the group stage, qualifying directly for the final. South East Stars and Southern Vipers qualified for the play-off, which was won by Vipers to set up the third Vipers versus Diamonds final in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy in its three years of existence. Northern Diamonds
Northern Diamonds are a women's cricket team that represent the traditional areas of the North East and Yorkshire, one of eight regional hubs in English domestic women's cricket. They play their home matches at Headingley, the Riverside, Roseworth Terrace and North Marine Road. They are captained by Hollie Armitage and coached by former England cricketer Danielle Hazell. The team carries over elements of the WCSL team Yorkshire Diamonds, and are partnered with Yorkshire, Durham and Northumberland. Western Storm are a women's cricket team representing South West England and Wales, one of eight regional hubs in English domestic cricket. They play their home matches at the County Ground, Taunton, the County Ground, Bristol and Sophia Gardens. They are captained by Sophie Luff and coached by Trevor Griffin. The team is partnered with Somerset, Gloucestershire, Glamorgan, Devon, Cornwall, Wiltshire and Cricket Wales. The 2016 Women's Cricket Super League, or 2016 Kia Super League for sponsorship reasons, was the first season of the Women's Cricket Super League (WCSL), a semi-professional women's cricket competition in England and Wales. The 2022 Women's Twenty20 Cup, known for sponsorship reasons as the 2022 Vitality Women's County T20, was the 13th edition of the Women's Twenty20 Cup, an English women's cricket Twenty20 domestic competition. It took place in April and May 2022, with 35 teams taking part, organised into eight regional groups.
