Kilpauk
Kilpauk is a semi residential area located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The distance from Chennai's city to Kilpauk is about 6 km. The region is situated off the Poonamallee High Road in the west. Government Kilpauk Medical College (GKMC), founded in 1960, is a government medical institution in India. There are four hospitals attached to GKMC - Government Kilpauk Medical College Hospital. They are Government Royapettah Hospital, Government Thiruvotteeswarar Hospital of Thoracic Medicine, Government Peripheral Hospital, K.K.Nagar and Government Peripheral Hospital, Anna Nagar. Kellys
Kellys ( ta, கெல்லீஸ்), is a sub locality of Kilpauk, and it is an important road junction in Central Chennai. Its too distinct to be addressed as a part of Kilpauk by the locals and hence they simply refer to the area as Kellys. It is proposed to implement phase II of Metro railway projects from Madhavaram to SIPCOT in Siruseri, which is corridor number 3. Poonamallee High Road
EVR Periyar Salai (EVR High Road), earlier known as Poonamallee High Road (NH 48) and originally the Grand Western Trunk Road, is an arterial road in Chennai, India. It is the longest road in Chennai. Running from east to west, the road starts at Muthuswamy Bridge near Madras Medical College at Park Town and ends near Maduravoyal Junction via Kilpauk, Aminjikarai, Anna Nagar Arch, Arumbakkam, Koyambedu. Ayanavaram
Ayanpuram, or Ayanavaram, is a neighbourhood in Chennai, India. Konnur High Road, one of the important connecting roads in Chennai runs through Ayanavaram. Etymology The neighbourhood was originally known as Ayanpuram, with Ayan meaning Brahma. Choolaimedu is a large residential and commercial locality in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. It borders Kodambakkam, Vadapalani, M.M.D.A. Colony, Aminjikarai, Mahalingapuram and Nungambakkam. Egmore
