Killarney Vale is a suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia, located approximately 5 kilometres south of The Entrance. It is part of the local government area. The Entrance – Long Jetty hospital is located in Killarney Vale. It is a Community Health Centre of NSW Department of Health. It does not have an Accident or Emergency service. The hospital is located in buildings that were originally built as the club house for Tuggerah Lakes Golf Club. Killarney Vale contains two public primary schools. Wyong Road is the main road that runs through Killarney Vale linking The Entrance to Wyong. A second main road running along the south western edge is Eastern Road. Along Wyong Road, there are Killarney Vale shops which includes a small Coles supermarket. Originally a branch of the Newcastle value orientated Shoey's Food Barn chain, the supermarket was converted to a Bi-Lo and then most recently converted into a Coles supermarket. The Central Coast is a peri-urban region in New South Wales, Australia, lying on the Tasman Sea coast to the north of Sydney and south of Newcastle. Wyong () is a town in the Central Coast of New South Wales, located approximately 63 km SSW of Newcastle and 89 km NNE of Sydney. Bateau Bay, New South Wales
Bateau Bay is a suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. It is part of the local government area. Bateau Bay lies in the area known as Darkinjung to Indigenous Australians. "Bateau" is French for "boat." The suburb was previously known as Boat Harbour but it was changed to the French version as a marketing activity in the 1970s. Geography Bateau Bay is about 6 km south of the town of The Entrance and 17 km northeast of Gosford's central business district. Bateau Bay Beach provides access to Crackneck Point, which is a popular local surfing spot. Shelly Beach is a coastal suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia, located east of Tuggerah Lake and bordering the Pacific Ocean south of The Entrance.
