Kildare is a mixed residential/commercial neighbourhood in northeast Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It is named after Kildare in Ireland. The neighbourhood is bounded on the south by 137 Avenue, on the west by 82 Street, on the north by 144 Avenue and on the east by 66 Street. St. Michaels Cemetery is located in the south west corner of the neighbourhood. Demographics In the City of Edmonton's 2012 municipal census, Kildare had a population of living in dwellings, a -4.3% change from its 2009 population of . With a land area of , it had a population density of people/km2 in 2012. Delwood is a mature residential neighbourhood in north east Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It is bounded on the north by 137 Avenue, on the south by 132 Avenue, on the east by 66 Street and on the west by 82 Street. York is a neighbourhood in north east Edmonton, Alberta, Canada located just to the west of the District of Clareview. It is bounded on the north by 144 Avenue, the east by 50 Street, the south east by Manning Drive, the south by 137 Avenue, and on the west by 66 Street. McLeod is a residential neighbourhood in north east Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The neighbourhood is bounded on the south by 144 Avenue, on the north by 153 Avenue, on the east by 58 Street and on the west by 66 Street. Most of the residential development in the neighbourhood, according to the 2001 federal census, were constructed during the 1960s and 1970s. North Town Centre (formerly called North Town Mall) is a shopping centre located in the northern part of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Northgate Centre
Northgate Centre is a shopping mall located in the northern part of Edmonton, Alberta. It contains more than 70 stores and services. Its main anchor tenants are Marshalls, Safeway, and Walmart. History The mall first opened in April 1965 as Northgate Shopping Centre and was home to the Woodward's department store. A major renovation was completed in 1986, adding a second storey and twin two level parkades on the northwest and southwest corners, and the mall was renamed Northwood Mall. In 1998, First Capital Realty took ownership of the mall and a year later began a three-year redevelopment that was completed in 2002. Londonderry Mall is a shopping centre located in north Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It contains over 150 stores and services with nine major tenants. The mall opened in 1972 and has been expanded and renovated since.
