The 2013 World Combat Games was held in Saint Petersburg, Russia, from October 18 to 26, 2013. Sergey Alekseyevich Lipinets (russian: Сергей Алексеевич Липинец; born 23 March 1989) is a Russian professional boxer and former kickboxer who held the IBF light-welterweight title from 2017 to 2018. Early life and kickboxing career Lipinets was born in Martuk, Kazakhstan, but moved to Russia at the age of 9.
