Kianz Froese
Kianz González-Froese (born April 16, 1996) is a professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder. Born in Cuba, he has represented the Canada national team. Club career Vancouver Whitecaps With a father from Saskatchewan and a mother from Cuba, Kianz grew up playing soccer in both Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and Havana, Cuba. Froese began his career with the Vancouver Whitecaps FC Residency program in 2012. He made 23 appearances in the 2012–13 season and recorded three goals. He also spent the 2012 season with Vancouver Whitecaps FC U-23 in the USL Premier Development League. Froese made his first team debut with Vancouver Whitecaps FC in a 2–1 defeat to Toronto FC in the first leg of the Canadian Championship semifinals. The 2015 CONCACAF Under-20 Championship was an association football tournament that took place from 9 to 24 January 2015 in Jamaica. SuperCupNI, formerly called the Northern Ireland Youth Soccer Tournament and the Dale Farm Milk Cup, is an international youth football tournament held annually in Northern Ireland. The Canada U-17 men's national soccer team (also known as Canada Under-17s or Canada U-17s ) represents Canada in international soccer at this age level. The 2011 CONCACAF U-17 Championship determined the four CONCACAF representatives to advance to the 2011 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Mexico. Jamaica staged the championship between 14 and 27 February. The 2019–20 Regionalliga was the twelfth season of the Regionalliga, the eighth under the new format, as the fourth tier of the German football league system.
