Ki-oon
Ki-oon is a French manga publisher founded in October 2003 by Cécile Pournin and Ahmed Agne. It released its first manga in March 2004, the first volume of ''Element Line''. The name "Ki-oon" comes from an onomatopoeia meaning "having the heart inflated with emotion". With an increase in revenue of 80% in 2009, Ki-oon is in 2010 the most important independent publisher of manga in France. Kashimashi ~girl Meets Girl~
is a Japanese ''yuri'' manga series written by Satoru Akahori and illustrated by Yukimaru Katsura. The manga was originally serialized in '' Dengeki Daioh'' between the July 2004 and May 2007 issues, and later published in five bound volumes by MediaWorks from January 2005 to May 2007. Boogiepop Dual
, also known as ''Boogiepop Dual: Losers' Circus'', is a manga by Masayuki Takano (author of '' Blood Alone''), an offshoot of the Boogiepop series, a series of young adult novels by Kouhei Kadono. This work suggests that Toka Miyashita is not the only Boogiepop, and that there are many. Takano closely recreates the atmosphere created by Kouji Ogata, who illustrated the original novels and manga, though it is not known whether Takano is employing his natural style or simply imitating Ogata in the interests of continuity.
