''Khel Khel Mein'' () is a 2021 Pakistani historical drama film directed and written by Nabeel Qureshi and produced by Fizza Ali Meerza. It stars Bilal Abbas Khan and Sajal Aly. The story of the movie is related to the Liberation War of Bangladesh, the country which was formerly known as East Pakistan. The film was theatrically released on 19 November 2021. The film revolves around a drama club in a university taking its production based on 1971 war event to a drama festival in Dhaka. Plot ''Khel Khel Mein'' revolves around the ever growing myths, mystery and mistrust after the Surrender of Pakistan. The film is a projection of the existing mindset and curiosity around the subject, which is interestingly knit into a journey of students exploring the history and making history by doing not the so obvious and expected. Nabeel Qureshi (director)
Nabeel Qureshi ( ur, ; born 1985) is a Pakistani film director, screenwriter and occasional singer best known for making movies that tackle socio economic issues. His debut feature film, ''Na Maloom Afraad'' (2014), where he won an award for best film director was followed by ''Actor in Law'' (2016), for which he again won an award for best director. Early life Qureshi was born in 1985 in Sukkur, Sindh and moved to Karachi in 2004. Syed Asrar Shah (born 20 April 1985) is a Pakistani singer-songwriter, musician, composer and writer based in Lahore. Fayyaz Hashmi ( ur, ; 1920 2011) was a Pakistani poet and screenwriter who worked both in the Cinema of India, Indian and Cinema of Pakistan, Pakistani film industry. He penned some memorable songs such as the famous nazm Aaj Jaane Ki Zid Na Karo and ''Tasveer teri dil mera behela nah sakegi''. The latter made the singer Talat Mahmood famous in India back in 1944 and was instrumental in introducing him to the Calcutta film industry.
