Kevin Foley (hurler)
Kevin Foley (born 5 February 1995) is an Irish hurler who plays for Wexford Senior Championship club Rapparees and at inter-county level with the Wexford senior hurling team. He is usually selected at midfield but generally operates as a sweeper. Kevin studied at St. Patrick's College, Thurles qualifying as a teacher and he teaches business and religion at St. Mary's CBS Enniscorthy. Playing career St. Patrick's College, Thurles Foley was part of the 2013 Fergal Maher Cup All Ireland Colleges tier 3, winning team. Rapparees Starlights Foley joined the Rapparees Starlights club at a young age and played in all grades at juvenile and underage levels as a dual player. He eventually joined the club's top adult teams in both codes. On 28 October 2017, Foley lined out at right wing-back when Starlights faced St. Martin's in the Wexford Football Championship final. Enniscorthy
Enniscorthy () is the second-largest town in County Wexford, Republic of Ireland, Ireland. At the 2016 census, the population of the town and environs was 11,381. The town is located on the picturesque River Slaney and in close proximity to the Blackstairs Mountains and Ireland's longest beach, Curracloe. The town is twinned with Gimont, France. The 2013 All-Ireland Minor Hurling Championship (also known as the Electric Ireland GAA Hurling All-Ireland Minor Championship for sponsorship reasons) was the 83rd staging of the All-Ireland Minor Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 1928. The championship began on 11 April 2013 and ended on 8 September 2013. Tipperary entered the championship as the defending champions; however, they were beaten by Limerick in the Munster semi-final. On 8 September 2013 Waterford won the championship following a 1-21 to 0-16 defeat of Galway in the All-Ireland final. This was their 3rd All-Ireland title overall and their first since 1948. The Westmeath County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) ( ga, Cumann Lúthchleas Gael Coiste Chontae na hIarmhí) or Westmeath GAA is one of the 32 county boards of the GAA in Ireland, and is responsible for Gaelic games in County Westmeath. Jack Guiney
Jack Guiney (born 25 April 1993) is an Irish hurler who plays as a right wing-forward and as a full-forward for the Wexford senior team. Born in Rathnure, County Wexford, Guiney first played competitive hurling during his schooling at Good Counsel College. He arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of seventeen when he first linked up with the Wexford minor team, before later lining out with the under-21 side. He made his senior debut in the 2012 National Hurling League. Guiney has been a regular fixture on team since that initial appearance. At club level Guiney plays with Rathnure. Guiney is the son of Dave Guiney and the nephew of Rod Guiney who both played for Wexford. His grandfather and namesake played rugby union for Ireland. The 2015 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship was the 129th staging of the All-Ireland championship since its establishment by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 1887. The draw for the 2015 fixtures took place on 9 October 2014 live on RTÉ2. The championship began on 3 May 2015 and ended on 6 September 2015. The 2015 National Hurling League was the 84th staging of the National Hurling League. Waterford won their first title since 2007 after a 1-24 to 0-17 win against Cork in the final on 3 May. TG4 and Setanta provided live coverage of the league with highlights shown on RTÉ2 on Sunday nights. Format 34 teams play in the 2015 NHL. The 2016 All-Ireland Under-21 Hurling Championship was the 53rd staging of the All-Ireland inter-county championship since its establishment by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 1964. The championship began on 25 May 2016 and ended on 10 September 2016. Limerick entered the championship as the defending champions. They were beaten by Tipperary in the Munster semi-final. On 10 September 2016 Waterford won the championship following a 5-15 to 0-14 defeat of Galway in the All-Ireland final.
