Kenneth Sherrod Hayes (born April 16, 1987) is an American professional basketball player for Beirut Club of the Lebanese Basketball League. He attended and played college basketball for the Miami RedHawks men's basketball, Miami University of Ohio. Professional career Hayes went undrafted in the 2010 NBA draft. On November 1, 2010, he was selected by the Maine Red Claws in the 2010 NBA Development League Draft, 2010 NBA D-League Draft. On April 18, 2012, he was named the NBA G League, NBA Development League’s Most Improved Player for the 2011–12 season. On August 5, 2012, he signed with Hapoel Gilboa Galil of Israel for the 2012–13 season. On August 8, 2013, he signed with Maccabi Ashdod B.C., Maccabi Ashdod for the 2013–14 season. The NBA G League, or simply the G League, is the National Basketball Association's (NBA) official List of developmental and minor sports leagues, minor league basketball organization. The league was known as the National Basketball Development League (NBDL) from 2001 to 2005, and the NBA Development League (NBA D-League) from 2005 until 2017. The NBA G League Most Improved Player is an annual NBA G League (previously known D-League or Development League) award given since the 2009–10 season. The award honors the player who demonstrated the most significant improvement over the course of the regular season. The Basketball Super League ( tr, Basketbol Süper Ligi; BSL), also known as the Türkiye Sigorta Basketbol Süper Ligi for sponsorship reasons, is the top men's professional basketball division of the Turkish basketball league system. It replaced the former Turkish Basketball Championship (1946–1966) to become the Turkish Basketball League (TBL) until 2015 when it adopted its current name while the TBL name became exclusive to the second-tier and third-tier divisions. Beirut Club () is a basketball team based in Beirut, Lebanon, who plays in the Lebanese Basketball League (LBL), the top-flight of basketball in Lebanon. Home games of the club are played in the Stade Nouhad Naufal. The club was first promoted to the Lebanese Basketball League in 2017, and has played there ever since.
