Kenneth Alan Kluz (born April 6, 1956) was a Canadian politician. He served in the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan from 1991 to 1995, as a NDP member for the constituency of Kelvington-Wadena. Foam Lake
Foam Lake is a town in the province of Saskatchewan, Canada. It had a population of 1,123 in 2006. It is located in a mixed agricultural area approximately 220 km south-east of Saskatoon on the Yellowhead Highway. Foam Lake, the lake for which the town is named, is located about to the north-west. History Foam Lake was founded in 1882 by Joshua Milligan, an English fur trader. It was subsequently settled by Icelanders, Ukrainians, and various English-speaking nationalities. It was incorporated as a town in 1924. The Foam Lake Museum (c. 1926) is a Municipal Heritage Property on the Canadian Register of Historic Places. The Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan is the legislative chamber of the Saskatchewan Legislature in the province of Saskatchewan, Canada. Bills passed by the assembly are given royal assent by the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan, in the name of the King in Right of Saskatchewan. The assembly meets at the Saskatchewan Legislative Building in Regina. There are 61 constituencies in the province, which elect members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) to the Legislative Assembly. Kelvington-Wadena is a provincial electoral district for the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, Canada, in the east-central region. It was created in 1975 from Wadena and Kelvington. Sherwin Petersen
Sherwin Holger Petersen (born May 12, 1953) is a farmer and former political figure in Saskatchewan, Canada. He represented Kelvington-Wadena from 1982 to 1991 in the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan as a Progressive Conservative. He was born in Rose Valley, Saskatchewan, the son of Orla Peterson and was educated at the Kelsey Institute in Saskatoon. Peterson operated a farm in the Rose Valley district. In 1973, he married Sharon Ann Wheeler. He served in the provincial cabinet as Minister of Highways and Transportation. June Draude (born March 17, 1949) is a retired Canadian politician. She was the Saskatchewan Party member of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan for the constituency of Kelvington-Wadena. First elected in 1995 as a Liberal MLA, she joined the Saskatchewan Party caucus upon their formation in 1997. Draude successfully defended her seat in the 1999, 2003, 2007 and 2011 Saskatchewan elections. The Saskatchewan Liberal Party is a liberal political party in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. The party was the provincial affiliate of the Liberal Party of Canada until 2009.
