Kenix Kwok
Kenix Kwok Ho-ying (born 27 November 1970) is a Hong Kong actress with family roots in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. Along with Maggie Cheung Ho-yee, Ada Choi, Flora Chan and Jessica Hsuan, Kenix is known as one of the Top 5 "Fa Dans" (花旦) (term used for actresses with high popularity) of TVB from the mid-1990s to mid-2000s. Career Kwok got her start as a finalist in the Top 5 of the 1993 Miss Hong Kong Pageant. Though considered a favourite to win, having won two side awards including Media's Favourite and Potential Artist, she lost to Mok Hoi Yan. Consequently, Kwok did not even make it to the Top 3. ''At the Threshold of an Era'' () was a Hong Kong epic drama series broadcast by TVB Jade Channel from 11 October to 18 December 1999 and 13 March to 26 May 2000 and was extensively promoted by TVB as its cross-millennium, one-hundred-episode-long epic. ''Shade of Darkness'' is a 1994 horror series by Hong Kong television broadcaster TVB. Produced by Mui Siu-ching it featured a cast which included Canti Lau, Kenix Kwok and Ada Choi. Synopsis Luo Xiang buys a winning Hong Kong Jockey Club sweepstakes ticket, and because of it is murdered, as is his family. His murderers are his neighbours who include Chen Tao who uses his share of the prize money to become a tycoon. Anita Yuen Wing Yee (born 4 September 1971) is a Hong Kong film and television actress. Pageant career At the age of 18, Yuen entered the Miss Hong Kong 1990 pageant. She was a heavy favorite to win the crown from the semifinal to final. During the semifinals on August 5, 1990, she won the Miss Photogenic award. ''Ten Brothers'' (Traditional Chinese: 十兄弟) is a TVB costume comedy series released overseas in September 2005 and broadcast on TVB Jade in February 2007. The series is partially based on the Chinese mythology of the same name. Synopsis Chan Dai-Ha (Frankie Lam) sells Chinese desserts and falls in love with a wealthy girl named Gei Hao-Yee (Kenix Kwok). Each time Dai-Ha tries to help Hao-Yee, he does something wrong and angers her instead. One day, Hao-Yee and her servant falls down a hill and he saves them. Without thanking him, she shouts at him and mistakenly drinks the soup with ten magical beans in it. The magical beans make her pregnant.
