Ken Terauchi
is a Japanese diver, who specialized in springboard and platform events. He had won two bronze medals for the springboard diving at the 2006 Asian Games in Doha, Qatar, in addition to his first at the 2001 World Aquatics Championships, 2001 FINA World Championships in Fukuoka. Terauchi has represented Japan in Six Olympic Games (1996 Summer Olympics, 1996 in Atlanta, 2000 Summer Olympics, 2000 in Sydney, 2004 Summer Olympics, 2004 in Athens, 2008 Summer Olympics, 2008 in Beijing, 2016 Summer Olympics, 2016 in Rio de Janeiro and 2021 in Tokyo). He reached into the finals for all of his respective events but the 2016 Olympics one, although he never captured a single Olympic medal.
