Keith Short
Keith Short (8 March 1941 – 11 September 2020) was a British sculptor, primarily working within the feature film industry in the UK. Short has worked on most of the large-scale film productions made in the UK, and helped to create several iconic pieces such as thfor Tim Burton's ''Batman'', the Ark of the Covenanand the Golden Fertility Idofor Steven Spielberg's film ''Raiders of the Lost Ark'', Emperor Palpatine's chaiin ''Return of the Jedi'' and the Tree of the Deafor '' Sleepy Hollow (film), Sleepy Hollow''. Brackets
A bracket is either of two tall fore- or back-facing punctuation marks commonly used to isolate a segment of text or data from its surroundings. Willow (film)
''Willow'' is a 1988 American high fantasy adventure film directed by Ron Howard and produced by Nigel Wooll. The film was executive produced by George Lucas and written by Bob Dolman from a story by Lucas. The film stars Warwick Davis, Joanne Whalley, Val Kilmer, and Jean Marsh. Davis portrays the title character, an aspiring magician who teams up with a disaffected warrior (Kilmer) to protect a baby from an evil queen (Marsh). Lucas conceived the idea for the film in 1972, approaching Howard to direct during the post-production phase of '' Cocoon'' in 1985. ''Dark Shadows'' is a 2012 American dark fantasy film based on the gothic television soap opera of the same name. Ridley Scott
Sir Ridley Scott (born 30 November 1937) is a British film director and producer. Directing, among others, science fiction films, his work is known for its atmospheric and highly concentrated visual style. Scott has received many accolades throughout his career, including the BAFTA Fellowship for lifetime achievement from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts in 2018. In 2003, he was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II for services to the British film industry. He was inducted into the Science Fiction Hall of Fame in 2007, and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2011.
