ShKO Hockey Club ( kk, ШҚО хоккей клубы), often referred to as ShKO Oskemen and literally as East Kazakhstan Region ( kk, Шығыс Қазақстан облысы), is the farm team of Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk. Formerly it known as Kazzinc-Torpedo-2 (2009–2014) and Torpedo Oskemen (2014–2015). They were founded in 2009, and play in the Kazakhstan Hockey Championship, the top level of ice hockey in Kazakhstan. Igor Dorokhin
Igor Lvovich Dorokhin (russian: Игорь Львович Дорохин; born August 15, 1962) is a former Kazakhstani-German professional ice hockey player, who played for Kazakhstan National Hockey Team. He is the former head coach of Kazzinc-Torpedo and his farm club Kazzinc-Torpedo-2. Career Igor Dorokhin is the graduate of Ust Kamenogorsk ice hockey school. He has begun his playing career at the youth Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk team. In 1979, he won in the Soviet Union Youth Hockey Championships. That team was under his first professional coach Vladimir Goltze. From 1984 to 1992, he played for basic team of Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk. After Soviet Union collapse, he went to play in Germany. He won at the Eishockey-Bundesliga in 1995, when he was playing for EHC Freiburg. He has lived in Germany 19 years and finished his career in 2012. Vladimir Belyayev (ice Hockey)
Vladimir Nikolaevich Belyayev (russian: Владимир Николаевич Беляев, born 20 October 1958) is a Kazakhstani professional coach (ice hockey), ice hockey coach. He is honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Belyaev was the head coach of HC Astana from 2011 until 2013. Oskemen ( kk, Өскемен, translit=Öskemen ), or Ust-Kamenogorsk (russian: Усть-Каменого́рск), is the administrative center of East Kazakhstan Region of Kazakhstan. Population: Name The city has two official names. In the Kazakh language, its name is Өскемен/''Öskemen'' and in the Russian language it is known as Усть-Каменогорск.
