Kazuo Ozaki
is a Japanese former professional footballer who played as a forward. He made 17 appearances for the Japan national team scoring three goals. Club career Ozaki was born in Tokyo on March 7, 1960. After graduating from high school, he joined Mitsubishi Motors in 1978. In 1978, the club won all three major title in Japan; Japan Soccer League, JSL Cup and Emperor's Cup. The club also won 1980 Emperor's Cup, 1981 JSL Cup and 1982 Japan Soccer League. He was also selected Japanese Footballer of the Year awards in 1982. In July 1983, Ozaki moved to Germany and joined Arminia Bielefeld. He was the second Japanese to play in the Bundesliga after Yasuhiko Okudera. In 1985, Arminia Bielefeld was relegated to 2. Bundesliga. From 1988, he played at FC St. Pauli (1988–89) and TuRU Düsseldorf (1989–90). In 1990, Ozaki returned to Japan and joined Mitsubishi Motors (later ''Urawa Reds''). The Malaysia national football team () represents Malaysia in international football and is controlled by the Football Association of Malaysia. The national team is recognised by FIFA as the successor of the defunct Malaya national football team which was founded for the 1963 Merdeka Tournament one month before the institution of Malaysia. 1979 FIFA World Youth Championship
The 1979 FIFA World Youth Championship, the second staging of the FIFA World Youth Championship, was held in Japan from 26 August to 7 September 1979. It was the first FIFA tournament played in Asia. The tournament took place in four cities — Kobe, Omiya, Tokyo and Yokohama — where a total of 32 matches were played, four more than in the previous edition due to the addition of a quarterfinal round in the knockout stage. Argentina won the trophy after beating holders Soviet Union 3–1, in a final held at Tokyo's National Stadium. Argentina fielded an attack-minded high-scoring team, averaging 3.33 goals per game. They were led by the powerful duo of Diego Maradona and Ramón Díaz, who were the tournament's best player and top scorer respectively. Yasuhiko Okudera
is a Japanese former association football, football player and manager. He is the president of J2 League club Yokohama FC and was formerly the president of English club Plymouth Argyle F.C., Plymouth Argyle. Okudera was the first Japanese footballer to play professionally in Europe, as well as being the first Asian football player to score in the UEFA Champions League, European Cup, while playing for 1. FC Köln in the 1979 semi-final match against Nottingham Forest F.C., Nottingham Forest and made 32 appearances – scoring nine goals – with the Japan national football team, Japan national team.
