Kathryn Swan

	Kathryn Swan Kathryn Swan (born November 9, 1950) is an American politician. She is a Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives, having served since 2013. Because of term limits, she is not eligible to run for reelection in 2020, and she will instead run for the open senate seat that is being vacated by senator Wayne Wallingford. Education and personal life Swan graduated from Central High School in Cape Girardeau, after which she earned a B.S in nursing from Southeast Missouri State University. As a nurse she has worked in a variety of areas including progressive care, employee health, infection control, administrative supervision, and as a clinical instructor. 	Wayne Wallingford Wayne Wallingford (born July 11, 1946) is an American people, American politician who previously served as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives from the 147th district. He previously served as a member of the Missouri Senate from 2013 to 2021. Career Missouri Department of Revenue In January 2022, Wallingford became the new director of the Missouri Department of Revenue. Governor Mike Parson announced Wallingford's appointment in December 2021. Education Wallingford is a member of Governor Mike Parson's commission on workforce development.
