Kathleen "Kate" Miller is an American actress and voice over artist. She plays the role of DA Amanda Shaw in the television series Hightown and Vivian Abetemarco on Blue Bloods. Her Broadway career includes roles in '' Moon Over Buffalo'' and '' Amadeus.''
