Kaskitayo is a residential area in the southwest portion of the City of Edmonton in Alberta, Canada. It was established in 1973 through Edmonton City Council's adoption of the Kaskitayo Outline Plan, which guides the overall development of the area. Blackburne is a neighbourhood in southwest Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It is an irregularly shaped neighbourhood whose southwest boundary overlooks the Blackmud Creek Ravine. South Edmonton Common
South Edmonton Common is one of Canada's largest retail power centres, and when it will be completely developed, it will spread over and contain some of retail space, making it one of the largest open-air retail development in North America. Twin Brooks is a residential neighbourhood in south Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It is located at the confluence of the Whitemud Creek and the Blackmud Creek, hence the origin of the name Twin Brooks. An artificial lake is situated in the neighbourhood, with George P. Nicholson Elementary School located near it. The neighbourhood is roughly triangle-shaped with the Whitemud Creek on its western boundary, Blackmud Creek on the north east, and Anthony Henday Drive on the south.
