Lokesh (; 19 May 1947 – 14 October 2004) was an Indian actor who appeared in Kannada plays and films. His wife Girija Lokesh is an actress and film director. His father was Subbaiah Naidu, who is credited to be first hero of Kannada silent movies. Lokesh made his film debut in the 1958 film '' Bhakta Prahlada''. Tiger Prabhakar (30 March 1948 – 25 March 2001), also known as Kannada Prabhakar, was an Indian actor known for his works predominantly in Kannada and Telugu cinema, with a few Malayalam, Tamil and Bollywood films. Career Prabhakar started his film career by appearing in a negative role in small-budget movies. Kanglish quotes Prabhakar introduced Kanglish into Kannada movies. Kanglish is a mix of Kannada and English dialogues. Death He died in Mallya Hospital in Bangalore at 9:45 p.m. on 25 March 2001. Sripriya is an Indian actress, film director and politician from Tamil Nadu. She has acted in over 300 films in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi languages. She has also directed films in Tamil, Kannada and Telugu languages, including the 2014 film ''Drushyam''. Shankar–Ganesh is an Indian music director duo who has worked on Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada movies for around 50 years. Career They started as assistants to Tamil music composers M. S. Viswanathan and T. K. Ramamoorthy in 1964 and later the duo assisted M.S.Viswanathan alone from 1965 till 1967. Kannadhasan started his own film Titled "Nagarathil Thirudargal" in which he introduced Shankar Ganesh as music directors. The film was stopped, so Kannadhasan took them to Chinnappa Devar and requested him to give them a chance. ''Major Chandrakanth'' is a Tamil-language play written by K. Balachander and staged in the 1960s. It was adapted into a Hindi film titled '' Oonche Log'' in 1965, a Tamil namesake film in 1966, a Telugu film titled '' Sukha Dukhalu'' in 1968, a Malayalam film titled '' Karthavyam'' in 1982, and a Kannada film titled '' Karune Illada Kanoonu'' in 1983.
