Kartika Rane is an Indian television and film actress. She studied sociology at Sophia College, Mumbai and since then entered into modelling and tele-advertising. She appeared in B. R. Chopra's comedy countdown show, ''Ek Se Badkar Ek''. She was in the 1996 Hindi film '' Yash''. Appeared in television roles in 2001 television shows ''Kangan'' and ''Hum Pardesi Ho Gaye''. Rane is a native of Goa. Her uncle is Pratapsingh Rane, the ex-Chief Minister of Goa. Ek Se Badh Kar Ek
''Ek Se Badh Kar Ek'' is an Indian show launched in 1995 on Doordarshan. The show was sponsored by BPL, and initially directed by Mukul Anand. The initial episodes of the serial were written by journalists Madhulika Verma and Rauf Ahmed. The programme's protagonist is Antara, played by Kartika Rane, who is a love interest of two of her uncle's tenants, played by Tiku Talsania and Ravi Baswani, living in the house haunted by a ghost named Raja. Satyabhama
Satyabhama, also known as Satrajiti, is a Hindu goddess and the third queen-consort of the Hindu god Krishna. Satyabhama is described as the incarnation of Bhudevi, the goddess and the personification of the earth. She aided Krishna in defeating the asura Narakasura. Mahadaji Shinde (b. 23 December 1730 – 12 February 1794), later known as Mahadji Scindia or Madhava Rao Sindhia, was a Maratha statesman and ruler of Ujjain in Central India.
