Kari Sørbø
Kari Sørbø (born 26 July 1955) is a Norwegian radio personality. She was born in Bergen, but grew up in Ørsta. She finished her secondary education in 1975 and graduated from the University of Bergen in 1977. She also attended Møre og Romsdal District College. NRK P2 is one of three main, nationwide radio channels produced by the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK). Its current format – focusing on news and current affairs, debate, analysis, culture, science, and society – is the result of the NRK radio channel reform initiated in 1993 by radio director Tor Fuglevik. NRK P1 is a nationwide digital radio channel operated by the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK). It is the result of the NRK radio channel reform initiated in 1993 by radio director Tor Fuglevik. NRK P1 is the direct descendant of NRK's first radio station which began broadcasting in 1933. P1's programming is aimed at a broad mature demographic and it is Norway's most popular radio station, with approximately 1.9 million listeners daily.
