Karen Eileen Spilka (born January 11, 1953) is an American politician and attorney serving as a Democratic Party (United States), Democratic member of the Massachusetts Senate. She represents the Massachusetts Senate's 2nd Middlesex and Norfolk district, 2nd Middlesex and Norfolk district, which includes the towns of Ashland, Massachusetts, Ashland, Framingham, Massachusetts, Framingham, Franklin, Massachusetts, Franklin, Holliston, Massachusetts, Holliston, Hopkinton, Massachusetts, Hopkinton, Medway, Massachusetts, Medway and Natick, Massachusetts, Natick in the MetroWest region of Massachusetts. A juvenile court, also known as young offender's court or children's court, is a tribunal having special authority to pass judgements for crimes that are committed by children who have not attained the age of majority.
